I design and lead initiatives that build leadership, psychological safety, and sustained community across campus and professional settings. From career-navigation workshops for the American Psychological Association to co-presiding over the Cornell Johnson Black Graduate Business Association, co-founding Indiana University’s Black Joy Collective, and chairing the 2018 Black Women’s Wellness & Empowerment Summit, I move ideas into action by creating programs that scale participation, deepen belonging, and increase actionable capacity. My workshops and coaching combine culturally grounded practice, evidence-based facilitation, and practical tools so leaders and students leave with clear next steps, measurable goals, and systems for continued growth.
